Golf Genius Mobile App Instructions

 

1. If you don't have the Golf Genius App, go to your App Store on your Android or iPhone:

• Search “Golf Genius mobile app”
• Download the app (orange icon)

 

2. To use the App to record your group's tournament scores. Open the App on your phone and enter the GGID (DO NOT use your email and password).
3. The GGID for each tournament will be emailed or texted prior to each tournament. It is also located at the bottom right of your group's printed scorecard.
4. Click on your name.
5. Before entering scores, verify Golf Genius is on the hole you just played.
6. Enter the correct GROSS score for each player in your group.
7. After scores are entered for a hole, click “Save Scores”. The app will move to the next hole.
8. After you finish 18, be sure to verify your group's scores that were entered in both Golf Genius and on the score card, they scores MUST match.
9. If you need to correct a score:
   • Navigate back to the hole where the scores need to be changed,
   • Enter the correct score,
   • Press "Save Scores," then,
   • Navigate forward to your current hole.
10. To view the leaderboard, click on “Leaderboard” on the top right.

• To see hole-by-hole scores, go to Leaderboard, click Gross scores, click Expand All, scroll down.
